Critical: ProfessionalismI used to LOVE this place. Early on you could see that the sisters who own it were passionate about it and they and their employees took pride in what they did. I only come in a few times a year but for the last 2 years or so I keep coming in hoping it will live up to what I remember it used to be. It hasn’t. Every time I’ve gone here in recent memory, I felt like the staff was just doing the bare minimum. No lotion or hand massages, very curt on the phone and during services, just generally inflexible, and many of the employees seem like they don’t care much for what they’re doing and have often been late to appointments I’ve booked ahead of time. I was frustrated further when I popped in tonight to get a gel removal and was turned away because (despite the closing time on the door saying they were open for another hour, and despite attempting to call ahead to see if there was room for me and no one answering the phone after two attempts), the woman said they close at 6. It was 5:45. I asked if she could squeeze me in during these last 15 minutes and she said that no, she was leaving. I understand this happening on occasion, but this most recent experience feels like it sums up the lack of care for customer satisfaction that this business has been putting out lately. Additionally, the gel manicure I got didn’t even last 2 weeks. Sorry to say I won’t be returning here.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicuresI used to LOVE this place.
