Staff is very rude. The lady who did my gel manicure was in some hurry and to finish my nails fast she didn’t even cover the edges on nail. When asked about it, she rudely told that’s all I can do when you are late to your appointment. Never going back here.

They are VERY efficient here. Really nice clean interior, with a mini grand piano that sometimes has someone playing (usually a local college music major) which definitely elevates the experience. The only down side is parking. If you’re downtown already, it’s a great place to drop by for your nails

Do not buy gift cards here. I bought one for a family member and when she went to the salon to redeem it, they turned her away and told her it was fraudulent without looking up her name or gift card order number in their system. This happened to her twice.

My family has been going here since they opened and they always remember us and take amazing care of us! Such sweet staff and they do a great job all around!

The nail techs are awesome, knowledgeable and honest. My nails are always great every time I leave. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Call ahead of time because it can get pretty busy. They take walk ins but you have a better chance of getting served faster if they are expecting you.

Positive: Quality, ValueI had a really wonderful experience here. Great service. My young daughter and I got manicures here. My no chip manicure lasted over two weeks (with moving boxes, cooking, wrapping gifts, water activity). My nails still look perfect over two weeks later. Really great price for great quality.Service: Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI used to LOVE this place. Early on you could see that the sisters who own it were passionate about it and they and their employees took pride in what they did. I only come in a few times a year but for the last 2 years or so I keep coming in hoping it will live up to what I remember it used to be. It hasn’t. Every time I’ve gone here in recent memory, I felt like the staff was just doing the bare minimum. No lotion or hand massages, very curt on the phone and during services, just generally inflexible, and many of the employees seem like they don’t care much for what they’re doing and have often been late to appointments I’ve booked ahead of time. I was frustrated further when I popped in tonight to get a gel removal and was turned away because (despite the closing time on the door saying they were open for another hour, and despite attempting to call ahead to see if there was room for me and no one answering the phone after two attempts), the woman said they close at 6. It was 5:45. I asked if she could squeeze me in during these last 15 minutes and she said that no, she was leaving. I understand this happening on occasion, but this most recent experience feels like it sums up the lack of care for customer satisfaction that this business has been putting out lately. Additionally, the gel manicure I got didn’t even last 2 weeks. Sorry to say I won’t be returning here.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicuresI used to LOVE this place. Honestly not sure how this place is still in business in downtown Naperville. Uncomfortable service that seemed burdened we were there. Dirty, dated and lacked nail color options. Seems like they don’t get much business as the colors had sat for a while. Pedicure

The girl who did my mani/pedi was so rude and rough with me. Like she resented that I was there. Also, I think they fill Opi bottles with cheap top coat because my nails started wearing off in THREE days and I barely got them wet. I used to LOVE this place and now I will never go back.
