I’ve lived with chronic pain from an injury for 20 years and have RSI and she worked with me to find what was right. I left feeling great and grateful this place is in the neighborhood.

I had a really long year of school that finally came to an end, and all I could think about was my tight hips and upper back muscles from sitting for 9 months straight. Sophia was the first masseuse to really be able to dig into my hips for me! She worked with me during the massage to find the right spot to make sure she was doing what she needed to do. She and Siri were also so kind and respectful, and helped me find their new location when I accidentally went to their old office. Their ambiance was gentle and quaint and they gave me a cup of tea after. I will go back!

I discovered a gem in “Siri Thai Massage Clinic” – this is the first authentic Thai massage provider in Del Mar. Siri has broad experience in the healing arts from training in her home country, Thailand, as well as here in the US. She takes her work very seriously and listened carefully as I described my back and stress problems so that she could customize a massage treatment. I had not experienced Thai massage before. As compared to traditional Swedish Massage, this method is more focused on stretching muscles as a way to eliminate stress points and knots. She advised me to add on “Thai Herbal Compression” (heated herbal balls). At the end of her treatment, I felt very relaxed and my body felt more limber. The experience was enhanced by the fact that her studio is beautifully decorated with Thai wall art and other accessories from her homeland, which transported me into a more relaxed state and felt like an immersive mini trip to Thailand. Unique and highly recommended.
