Horrible experience. Did not listen when I said wait. She quickly said it will be fine and took 6 to 8 inches off the back of hair that did not have nor did I want hacked layers. Feel it was maliciously done. No idea why she ruined my hair. Years to repair the damage. She was not at all concerned not even apologetic. Filing complaint with the state board.
