I can surely say that Madi is the best because not only does she do her job but she is very welcoming. She does great with people who are nervous and new comers. I’ve been going to Madi for years to get Brazilians. Before that I’ve had several different waxers. I can surely say that Madi is the best because not only does she do her job but she is very welcoming. She does great with people who are nervous and new comers. I’ve recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. She does great and she is reasonable with her prices.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I purchased a gift certificate through Groupon from this vendor BEFORE the shutdown. Called her BEFORE the shutdown TWICE and texted to see how the certificate worked. No response no contact back nothing. I even left a message stating to please let me know if she was still even open so that I could cancel my purchase for a refund. Well now its to late for me to get a refund. So I paid for something that I don’t even know I’ll be able to use. It was a Christmas present for my daughters stocking. NOT IMPRESSED, NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Being a business owner means ALWAYS making contact with customers or POTENTIAL customers. First impressions are everything. So I purchased a gift certificate through Groupon from this vendor BEFORE the shutdown. Called her BEFORE the shutdown TWICE and texted to see how the certificate worked.
