I had a fantastic experience at Sir Shave this afternoon. To say the reception, service and results were exceptional is a gross understatement. The security measures were impeccable. The follow-up to make sure I was reminded of my appointment was consistent without being overbearing. An esteemed and respected business associates referred me to Sir Shave 3 years ago and having grown a beard during the past year, I finally tested it. Wow!!! Samuel Silva is not a barber, he is an artist who, clearly, has a passion for what he does. Every step of the one-hour pampering session was explained and delivered to perfection. The smile on my face when I stared in the mirror he handed me at the end was telling indeed. This is it! Found my spot. Thank you Sam and thank you to everyone at Sir Shave.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Pedro for almost 2 years now I believe and he’s the only barber I trust to cut my hair. The atmosphere of the shop is really chill, they play smooth jazz music, offer you drinks and snacks. The service is great and everyone there is calm and professional. Definitely would recommend. This Barbershop is nice great ambiance friendly staff . I find that there are some inconsistencies in the charges.the last time that I went I was charged $50 for a shape up/ beard trim. Prior to this I was charged about $39(maybe less) for the same service. I am not sure about many people but I cannot afford a $50 plus tip shape up every 2 weeks So as a result Ill hold off on going there for a while. Just because it cost less to drive an hour to my old neighborhood and get a shape up their. The one thing that I must say is that the owner of this establishment is very personable/amiable and does his best to give his customers a good experience.

I had the pleasure of getting a fantastic haircut by Sam recently! I’m not local and hadn’t had my haircut by anyone else for a long time particularly in a different country, but he saw what I was after and gave his honest opinion about what he felt would suit me then executed perfectly. It was a really good experience, and I would happily sit in his chair again for a trim, great job Sam and lovely meeting you!

I scheduled an appointment on July 12th for an appointment on August 22nd, more than a month in advance. When I made the reservation I met with the stylist who did my hair and with the senior front end specialist, who scheduled the appointment. I showed them a video and pictures of what I wanted, they reviewed them and told me the price for the service(Freestyle Cornrows)would be $150.00. The style that I showed them was for 29 braids in total 9 cornrows on the top and 20 braids in the back. They sent me reminder emails stating every time that I was getting the freestyle cornrows. So the day of my appointment I’m sitting in the chair and the stylist starts doing my hair and another stylist comes over and tells the girl my service is actually $190.00. I never would’ve agreed to the service for such a simple style and small amount of braids for $190.00, had I known that from when I first met with them and scheduled an appointment. I felt it was extremely unprofessional to not honor the price quoted when I made the appointment, since it was their mistake. When I was paying I even spoke to the owner about what happened and still nothing was done and he was okay with it. I was under the impression the entire time that I was paying $150.00 because that’s what I was told from the start. There was no accommodation for the mistake. The shop was was nice and the staff was friendly. It’s just this situation was handled unprofessionally, and that should not have happened. Just make sure if you schedule an appointment to get everything in writing and make sure they double check the pricing so this doesn’t happen to you.
