I am very picky with how my nails are done, simple one simple mistake will make me leave and never come back. I have been going to Sinthias for the last year and so far they have met every one of my needs without complaining or charging extra for simple things such as nail shape. I havent yet had my hair done here yet but nails they are fantastic.

Please don’t go to this place my sister went to get her nails done with a lady name Gaby and she didn’t know how to do nails. The lady was rough on my sisters nails and she cut her when she was putting the tips on. My sister ended up filing her own nails. It’s sad that Sinthia has employees that can’t do their job right.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I called today Sunday March 28 to ask if I needed an appointment the lady on the phone hung up on me TWICE CAUSE SHE DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH. I was trying to get my husband to translate and she was impatient and RUDE. NOW I WOULDNT EVEN GO THERE IF THIS WAS THE LAST HAIR SALON OPEN.

I called ahead to let them know we were on the way because they were closing in 45 minutes. When we got there, they all yelled “We closed!” I told her that I was the one who called and was told to come in! They still repeated “We closed!” I wasted an Uber ride to get there…never again!
