She was running late, had a piss poor attitude , and refused service for something so small. I just wanted a simple style. She cussed at me, berated me to the point of where I was really upset, but chose not to say anything rude back. She was not kind! Never once apologized. If there was a negative star rating, there would not be any recommendations for people to suffer through an unprofessional business, and that her business would not exist. I’ve never seen such aggression and rude behavior. I was always kind to the business, but it seems that I am not welcomed there anymore. My personal rating is a. A negative 10/10.
