Critical: QualityI went over there for eyebrow threading.she messed up my eyebrows. One side is completely different than other side. Very very unprofessional. one more lady if you want to do eyebrows from her than you have to pay extra 2$ otherwise staff will do it and they provide horrible service.

This place is decent for the amount you pay. They have overall great staff and short waiting time. They cut the hair the way I want and I think that does the job. Stylists are not very interactive but hey I am not there to make friends; as long as they cut my hair the way I want it to be done, it all that matters. They are not rude or mean but just don’t speak much. Maybe a language issue.

Don’t ever go to this place. There is no concept of appointment or any respect to a customer’s time. I waited 40 minutes for a basic threading service when I was asked to wait for 10 min. And the service was awful. I told the lady 10 times to do it properly. Don’t go until and unless you want to waste your time and money. The front desk person is only there to lie, don’t fall in his trap.

I went for full arms and legs waxing after checking if they are available to do it right away. They begun right away but there were at least 3 interruptions. I had to wait about 20 mins collectively. Waxing experience was good, but they do not clean up well.

Completely messed up my hair. I asked for a small trim and to keep the layers. They messed up the layers I had and cut my hair unevenly. They blow dried my hair even though my hair was not wet and charged me for it. They overcharged me for their horrible job

Worst pace to visit. They keep you waiting without and take customers out of turn. After making you wait for 45 mins they say take your money back if you want. The services are really bad too..strongly recommend NEVER GO to this place.
