Our family has been in business for over 20 years. We purchased our place of business from the previous owners June 2016. The previous owners, Mr. & Mrs. Mai no longer works for us since July 2017. Everyone is very friendly and gentle with my elderly mom when we go for pedicures. They also massage our legs for longer than other spas do. Feet are always soft and smooth when they’re done.

I used to go to this place when I first moved to Oakley . At first I enjoyed their services and I thought I have found my spot since Iam a loyal customer and like to always get my services done at the same place . How ever the last couple of times I have been there they seem in a rush and dont take the time like they used to . I called and asking for specific people Heather have booked over the phone and when I get there ofcourse I have to wait a while even tho I made an appointment (more than 30 minutes ) and I dont get the person I originally asked for either . Last time I dindt even get a massage they were in such rush I felt they were trying to kick me off the door already . Very disappointing since I have even recommended some of my neighbors, friends and my family but no more . Hopefully you guys will improve your customer service . Nobody wants to pay near 100 dollars to get rushed out off the door .

Well the ladies are all nice. Sadly the person who worked on me had to keep stopping to answer the phone and set appointments which made my appointment way long. I will go back again to see how it goes. Bottom line I don’t want the person who answers the phones and does appointments. She did a great job on my eyebrow wax. She started my feet but had to turn me over to someone else to finish.

35$ basic regular polish pedicure. I wasn’t shown a pedicure menu so i’m not sure if they have one. They didnt have the nail color i wanted so I just chose a color from they did have. Weekends are busy even with an appointment.
