Positive: QualityThis was my first time here. The first time I called it was to make an appointment (obviously). The day before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. However, I was able to get an appointment with Lidia. When arriving, I told them I had an appointment at 9:30am and they once again said I wasn’t on the schedule. However, Lidia said she remembered being told she had an appointment with me. I had never dyed my hair before and it was personally a little expensive for my liking. I paid $265( not tip included) for blessing some of my hair and dying it blue. I will try to upload a photo. This was my first time here. The first time I called it was to make an appointment (obviously). The day before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. However, I was able to get an appointment with Lidia. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a little hesitant at first going to this salon since the lady that I went to a couple of times was no longer working there. It had been some time going to this salon.I needed to get my COVID hair done a day before Thanksgiving, I made an appointment and Reyna did a really amazing job with color, cut, style and the price was reasonable. I get many compliments even 2 weeks out after getting my hair done. Critical: QualityIt was my first time here, I got a hair cut on Saturday 10/3/20, but unfortunately I did not like it at All. My hair is really long, so I asked for long layers, but my hair looks super choppy and the bangs look bad in the front. I can’t tell the style.
