I’ve gone for waxing here twice, and both times I have been very impressed. Most recently I got a full leg wax, and my legs have never looked better than after going to Simran. (Previous waxing experience includes years of self-waxing and one very careless leg wax at a different salon) After a brief wait, the service was fast, thorough, and affordable. I like the small family-feeling of the salon. As long as I am in Duluth, I won’t go anywhere else for waxing.

Me and a couple friends ran across Simran salon on Groupon. The three of us received a Brazilian wax and it was a horrible experience. I have two huge burn scars on my private area from the hot wax. It was a first time experience for one of my friends and now she’s traumatized. The young lady that waxed us was ruff and rushed the process. Never Again!

Got a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. At first I was nervous because of all the bad reviews but I asked for Patty and she was the best. She took the extra time to really do a great job and offered me a deal for my next Brazilian. I also purchased an exfoliating wash that she recommended that is really helping with my ingrown hairs. I will definitely be back. ASK FOR PATTY!!

Really bad service. I went there to do my hair highlights and the person leave my hair looking like trash with all my hair was falling apart after hair color and couldn’t even brush my hair because of dryness and tangles. On top of that lady who did my hair didn’t even offer to discount or money back as I already told her that she ruin my hair in big time. After that I have to pay someone else to fix my hair again which’s kind of ridiculous. I would never go back there and suggest people to do the same because they only want your money. They don’t care about customer.

It’s horibal plc , never recommend. I went first for Brazilian and first time for this salon . It was really painful , I can understand it was first time so but that lady was very ruff service she pulled over my privet part skin with strip . I got such huge cut on my privet part . It looks like I have to show to doctor for safety reason. I m worried I might get any infection if I don’t get proper care of this cut . This service done yesterday and whole night I had to use pad for bleeding . I m trying to call this salon lady but she is not picking . She understood I might ask questions so she is not picking up at all . Almost 20 times I called . For safety pls avoid going .

DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat DO NOT GO! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had . This women did not care at all when it came to my private part. She was soo ruff and did not care I had to tell her to stop at least three times. She would put hot wax on the area she just wax like she didn’t just rip my hair out my vigina like two seconds ago. And she said the reason why it hurt was because it was my first time . No I’ve gotten a Brazilian wax over 6 times this is not my first time .shoot my first time didn’t even hurt this bad. It’s been 4 hours and my private part stillll hurts smh . If you cherish your private part I’m telling you please do not go !

I would give zero stars but that isn’t a choice. Went to go get my eyebrows done. I told the lady I want to keep them thick. She did the right ok but the left side was super thin. She then proceeded to try to convince me they were even. I told her to fix it and she finally did. She then said that she had to do them thin because they were overgrown, which they were, but that doesnt mean you make them super thin to fix it. She kept telling I would like it once the swelling went down. It took me years to get my eyebrows to the thickness they were and now I have to start over. I get that mistakes happen and you have to thin it out more to make it look good but please dont make a mistake and then try to convince me that I am wrong or that I’ll like something I didnt ask for. Own up to it and say sorry.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. They really messed up my eyebrows and it took months to fix. The lady working with me neglected to use deodorant and was very rude. The facility was dirty
