I had a very good experience. My schedule was tight and my scalp was in need of some serious love. I can’t remember the name of my stylist but she was very sweet and took time explaining the services she could offer in the time I had. The shampoo experience was amazing!!!!!! My scalp felt so much better after her service. I really didn’t care about the style I just needed something that would last during an army two week field exercise. She installed crochet braids that looked great but when I put on my uniform I had to take roughly two packs of braids out because it was just to much hair for a bun.

Horrible experience. I called a week prior to making an appointment for faux locs and spoke with the braider. She told me that it would cost 110 for the locs if I got them crocheted. I told her I wanted them individually done and she said it would cost more money and would take more time and I stated it was fine. She proceeded to tell me if it would cost $250 which later I found out I was overcharged compared to other braid shops. Fast forward to my appointment, for 15 minutes after arriving she tried to talk me into getting my locs crocheted and I repeatedly said No. showing her exactly what I wanted and reiterated that I understood it would take more time and that’s why I made the appointment. Needless to say my locs were gaps apart which didn’t allow for fullness, they were not long as shown in the picture and the locs were burned too high leaving a piece of hair that was bone straight sticking out of the loc. I stated before leaving how dissatisfied I was with my hair. I once again showed her the pic and she tried to tell me that the braids in the pic were done via crochet and I quickly showed her the video that a accompanied the picture. She told me to give it a few days and it would look better once it wasn’t so tight. For two days I had my hair in a Bonnet after taking the bonnet off I discovered several locs that had unraveled all the way up. I call the manager expressing my dissatisfaction and all she could say was that I couldn’t get a refund because the braider spent a lot of time on my hair. “Well I spent a lot of hours making that money to pay her for her time and pay her for her service which was inadequate ” I told her. She told me I had to take it up with the braider. Maybe it can be fixed. I explained to her you can’t unburn hair. There is no fixing it. It would need to be redone. Still the manager/ owner would not issue me a refund. Even after being there in person to show her the pic and having her look at my hair. Do Not go there. The service is horrible and they don’t care about their customers. I will not go back

Horrible experience with my wife purchasing hair. Their products are sub par and counterfeit. Hair is very poor quality and they will tell you it is one thing and you will find out it is not. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
