Go somewhere else! They are dishonest adding on reasons to charge you a different price than what is on their posted price list even when you don’t get add ons. I asked the nail tech for change so I could tip them and she shorted me $20 then claimed I never handed her any money. This is the second time Ive tried them and had issues with them changing the price quoted from when they start to when they finish. Go to Colour Nails on Sunset in little Armenia

I loved it! Just moved in the area and needed to find a new spot. My bf went there first, he has bad ingrown toenails and he loved the service. I went on the following week to get gel manicure and I loved the results. Super recommend.

Very unsatisfied with the professionalism in this place, the tools looks like they weren’t sanitized so I asked if she can please at least soak in some alcohol. I had to ask 5 times while she was trying to use the tools on my hand before sanitizing to please clean the tools, finally with an attitude she takes a cotton ball and some alcohol and does a very quick fake whipe, doesn’t even thoroughly clean properly and does it with a bad attitude while rolling her eyes

I love Tee she’s so professional she does my nails I don’t remember the name of the person that does my feet but they’re really good she takes appointments so I never have to wait and she’s right around the corner from my house so it’s super convenient right here in Hollywood if you need your nails and feet done or your wax you should check this place out I highly recommend

Don’t go. I went in to try a new place and the woman wanted to remove my acrylics by shoving a nail tip under my nail and prying them off ruining the integrity of my nails. I asked her to file and soak off the rest after she tore off the first one. She was angry that I asked her to remove my existing nails with care and 115$ later my nail broke immediately. Simply not the best.

Went here for a pedicure with great expectations. The woman didn’t scrub my heels at all and barely gave a massage. Disappointed. Only went there as staying in hotel opposite. A rushed job and terrible service. No customer service skills whatsoever. They really couldn’t be bothered at all. Didn’t get no tip from me. Wish I had read the reviews before rushing there.

Got hanged up on twice when calling to inquire about setting an appointment for gel nails. They lack staff so it’s usually one or two people working. I recently had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. They did my pedicure and started working on other people who came after me completely forgetting i also scheduled a gel manicure. There are better nail salons in Hollywood don’t waste your time.
