Most of all I love the costumer service. She’s so nice and makes you feel welcome. I was super self conscious because I felt insecure of my facial hair, but she made me feel comfortable. About the laser hair removal, I didn’t feel it that much (only the upper lip because it’s a sensitive place for me).

Best investment in myself EVER! I do my sessions with Shifa and she is AMAZING. I have been to several different places for laser hair removal, and Simply Smooth laser has been, by far, the best place I’ve been to! I saw results after my first session here, and the results got better and better with each session. They use up-to-date, quality lasers that work. I’ve used groupons before, and those lasers just don’t compare. Shifa is absolutely wonderful to work with, and I’ve heard that her sister is also amazing. They really try to work with every budget and provide excellent care for an affordable price. The office is clean and tastefully decorated. Overall, I can’t think of a better place to get laser done at. A perfect 10/10!
