BE WARE !!!! I wish I could give this review ZERO stars!!!!I am extremely disappointed they way the owner treats her customer or potential customer in my case. I booked an appointment in good faith. I arrived about 5- 6 minutes late . I DID NOT NO-SHOW or CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE. I am new to the area and booked with Nicole thinking I was supporting a woman owned business and not some national chain. Nevertheless I was turned away and was told that I could reschedule for another day. Great but I will be charged for todays visit as a NO SHOW!!! and will be charged again for the next appointment. I would’ve been okay with paying a small penalty but to charge me the entire amount for a service that was never delivered is absolutely outrageous and poor business tactics. I told Nicole “Thanks but I will not be booking with her again. Her response “FINE” This is not the attitude one should have as a business owner. BE WARE !!!

Nichole was AH-MAZING! I normally visit EWC, and nothing against those ladies but I normally leave with hair remaining, in places I really wanted the hair removed. Nichole not only remove everything, she was very informative on why she preferred to wax me the way she was with me being pregnant and swollen. At home care instructions were very clear and helpful. I normally visit EWC, and nothing against those ladies but I normally leave with hair remaining, in places I really wanted the hair removed.
