Sabrina has years of experience and her technique for each situation is on point. The first time I went to see Sabrina for my first massage session, I won’t lie, I was a little afraid. I was coming off of recent physical therapy for 2 broken vertebrae in my spine and was experiencing a great deal of muscle tension and spasm, and was afraid that I would be unable to endure the pressure needed to properly alleviate the tension. I was also enduring lingering tightness in my knee due to ACL replacement surgery a year prior. Sabrina had her work cut out for her considering these issues; however, her assessment prior to the session, and her outstanding technique throughout the session allowed me to leave that session feeling like I had finally achieved the breakthrough I needed to not be in constant pain. I would recommend seeing Sabrina to anyone in need of pain or tension relief that life seems to put on us all whether physically or mentally. I certainly plan on making these sessions a consistent part of my monthly routine. My wife Angie has also been to Sabrina and continues to see her regularly…..A+++ all the way for Sabrina

She knows her trade and her husband Craig is a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Jon Plyler at Fight to Win Lake Norman… she knows what Jiu Jitsu guys put their bodies through!!
