I’m going on vacation in May and I wanted to be in the best shape possible. I decided to try the infared heat wrap at Simply Posh since I knew diet and exercise alone wouldn’t get me to where I wanted to be. I can honestly say, I’m obsessed!!! I’ve done just a couple wraps and I already feel thinner and I look thinner and more defined. Also, I find it really relaxing. It’s the one time a week that I take for myself to mentally relax. Not to mention the heat feels good on any tired or sore muscles. So not only do I love the wrap, but I really loved the staff. Jayme was extremely kind and knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all of my questions. Christine was really nice too and made me feel so comfortable when I was there. She was very accommodating and I never felt rushed even though I was her last appointment of the day! I 100% recommend the wrap AND the spa. I can’t wait to book other services there!
