I simply love visiting SPN! The establishment is professionally maintained by its owner Linda and the nail technicians are awesome! Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and the ladies do an excellent job of ensuring the customer is thoroughly satisfied. My nails ALWAYS look fab after Haley, Jenny and frankly any of the skilled technicians including Ms. Linda have done my nails.I enjoy my time visiting the salon and I truly believe this place ranks as our area’s No.1 nail & spa salon! I went here based on a recommendation from a friend after being absolutely loyal to my nail lady! I was pleasantly surprised. I believe that the only improvement they can make is maybe a larger space! They were packed when I went in there but I didn’t wait very long. I think maybe 5 minutes. The lady who did my nails was very nice. Their color powder selection isn’t as large as some other nail salons but their shellac selection is massive. The prices are good and comparable to salons in the vicinity and they do great work.

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my daughter (11 years old) here today, to get her nails done. My daughter was on the phone with her mom and stated that she wanted acrylic nails with gel. The nail technician asked if she wanted shellac, my daughter said no. Here comes time to pay the bill, I ask for the price, she says $50, so I’m confused. The nail technician mentioned shallec, and tried saying that there’s no difference between shelled nails and gel nails. No, she asked for acrylic nails with gel. Needless to say I did not leave a tip and I will not be taking my daughter there again. For the simple fact that they provided services to which was not asked for, in the name of getting more money. It is an unprofessional tactic of up selling their products. This nail salon is wonderful! They are very kind to their customers. Not only is the regular nail polish selection high quality, but it is also very durable. They also do great acrylic and gel nails. The technicians are very generous and will even help you chose a color! My only problem is that it is pricey.

First time and last time going. The place is very clean, not a relaxing environment, prices are the highest I’ve ever seen from manicures to fake nails. The lady I got painted my nails so far from my cuticles that it looks like it was done a week ago.

I was really disappointed today in my visit to this establishment in the partiality that was shown to White customers. When I arrived they told me it would be a 30min wait so I said okay fine I’ll wait. About 10 minuets later a white coustomer came in and they immediately set her in a chair and they set me in a chair next to her. They immediately started to service her pedicure and manicure and I’m sitting wait Big for them to even start running the water for my pedicure. I sat for 10 minuets and the tech finally came and started. By this time all the other customers had gone and all the other techs retreated to the back so it was just myself and the other customers who can in after me the two techs who were servicing her and the tech that had started my pedicure. Again none of the other techs ever came back out until I was nearly done and a few other customers came in about 35 min later. When the tech finished I told her I had asked for a manicure to when I came in and I asked the lady who came in after me if she had an appointment and she said no. Now mind you she rushed my pedicure and didn’t really do a good job and the lady who came after mewas still getting her pedicure .so it let me know they were taking there time to ensure doing a good job. The tech said you didn’t ask for a manicure told her that’s not true and even if I did nt you know they always ask you if you want manicure too. But I know I distinctly said what services I was there for. Mind you I have been a costumer for a few years and patronized this nail shop when they were in their old location a few doors down and this is the second time I have encountered this type of behavior since they moved in new shop. I tried hem again because I wanted to make sure my observations were correct and it wasn’t just me responding from a bias perspective. How dare them ! I’m angered and appalled because they are also a minority too such ignorance. Needless to to say I WILL NOT be returning and I will let my family and Friends know both white and black and any other ethnicity not to patronize this establishment. I started not to tip the tech but I gave her a tip … Because Karma is real. I wish I could give zero stars because they don’t even deserve one star!
