Lucy did my nails and was so sweet and informative! Too bad I don’t live close by but I’d definitely go see her again. My nails are short, and I wanted natural nails with a design and when she saw me struggling to decide, she suggested a flower one, which is just what I wanted! She paid attention to detail and made sure to get it perfect! She suggested dip powder to me which was my first time and added a tip for my thumb nail which was too short and a lotion massage at the end with no extra cost. (The purple nails in the picture was the inspiration and the white flowers are mine)

2nd time at this place and let me say that I am hooked. I had the pleasure, yes, pleasure of QUEENIE doing my dipping nails and gel pedicure. She was patient and very politely. I decided to get a design on my nails and she executed it beautifully. Needless to say, I will be back!

When I stated I didn’t like it and could she use a lighter color as the base she started snatching my hand with an attitude. I have never been treated so badly. Me and my 3 daughter and their friends all went to Simply Nails never again. They have lost 10 customers.I complained to management about the issue and nothing was done. I have been receiving responses from the establishment trying to regain my business, but I will never give these people my money again. Do Not waste your money here. I normally go here at least once a month however I will not be going back. Emily overcharged me for a simple black and white design. She struggled with the design. Instead of communicating… She did a mediocre nail design causing me to get them redone. 10 days prior I got a dip power and they thinned out my nails so much that they broke within 1 week. The quality of their polishes are trash and they over charge based on there lack of knowledge. $70 for a acrylic full set WITHOUT tips.

I love this nail salon, the nail technicians are all friendly and professional. However, they need to improve on their wait time with their customers . There have been several times even with scheduling an appointment in advance, I have to wait, as long as 40 mins. I am.not sure if others have experienced this, but I think it needs to.be addressed . I set an appointment and they were able to start on time, i got a manicure and pedicure there for the first time. The staff was nice and very friendly they have a very nice location it was clean and spacious. I got a Basic Pedicure and i got Stilleto Nails in Gel Polish, great at listening to what the customer want and giving helpful advice. And i was in and out for both services at about 3 so about 1 hr per service not bad. I was well taken care of and Tristan was my Nail Tech awesome Job i love my Toes snd Stilletos they are great, Id recommend this Nail Shop to any newbie or Germantown Resident.
