i got my nails done almost 2 weeks ago and i have 4 nails left. the girl who did them didn’t know what she was doing the other employees kept coming over and telling her that she was doing it wrong. It took her 2 1/2 hours to do my nails. I was there until 9 PM and my first nail broke within three days. Normally my nails last me over a month I paid $60 for lumpy ugly nails that weren’t even what I told her. I am absolutely furious. I have 4 nails left on my fingers. Because they’ve all cracked and broke off and I don’t even do much hard labor with my hands for my nails to break. I will be going back to that nail salon today. Hopefully they do something about it because this is just ridiculous. I have never had nails only last me barely 2 weeks.

Anytime I visit I am never disappointed with my services, they are always attentive to my needs and make feel pampered and welcomed during every visit. I went in today and asked for a basic pedicure and dip manicure on my natural nail(no tips or anything special). $83 and two hours later my nails are uneven at the cuticles, and apparently of you get gel with a “basic” pedicure it’s $20 more. I’ve been going here for almost two years and the last couple of times I’ve been very disappointed. Today was my last day. They seem to use the communication barrier as an excuse to up-charge their clients.

First. I’m so satisfied that they took me right away which is the time of my appointment. Usually u wait forever with or without one. I got a full set french. They did a flawless job. They were nice and didn’t make my cuticles bleed. Which has happened several times elsewhere. I recommend anyone to go here to have a great and calming time!

Please do not go here, went here today with a friend of mine, save your money. they charged me $50 instead of $35-43 that i was told, and i do want my money back. they did a sloppy job, with messed up polish, cut my cuticles too much and they were bleeding & did not let the polish fully dry, they did the shape wrong as well. please save your money and time & go somewhere more acknowledgeable & gives better service ! no refund, very rude & hung up the phone after yelling.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! A simple polish change, no gel or dip powder. Half way through drying you could see every brush stroke. When I try to tell them they’re too busy telling me how much, they’re aren’t dry etc. They did them over while having multiple conversations in their language and then blamed it on the cold weather. The 2nd polish wasn’t much better as my 8 year old granddaughter could’ve done a better job. Didn’t bother to clean around the over polished areas and the clear coat didn’t completely cover the nail. Another customer sitting next to me was very displeased as well.

Was talking to a girlfriend while getting my nails done saying I got charged for a basic mani pedi Somewhere else that was $120 and they charged the same 3 nails fell off 1 day later. Very rude and I won’t be going back. Used to go here all the time, gave them the benefit of the doubt and same thing happened each time. Insanity. Good luck
