extremely disappointed!!! do not waste your time or money here. when i had arrived i had written my name on the sign in sheet and sat patiently waiting for my turn. they took three people before me that had arrived after without appointments, each time i asked why and i was told “ur next” too many times. once i was taken the lady put on my pointer and ring finger on crooked, when i told her i was unhappy she refused to fix them and kept telling me why my opinion/request was wrong and why she was right, it took me asking 5 times for her to finally go back to it and it still wasn’t how i really wanted it but i had given up at that point. i would give zero stars if possible.

Had the best nail experience with Jennisa *Ly* and her work is amazing, quick, and consistent. The first time I had long nail extensions, I had compliments for days. My second nail appointment, I had them shortened and still it’s done beautifully. It’s been a week and a half now and still it’s beautiful. I totally recommend her for your nail services. 5 stars for sure, looking forward to my next appointment soon. Thank you for my beautiful nails.

So focused and determined to do a great job. Tamara did a FLAWLESS job on my toes. It was closing and she still stayed and finished the job for me, even asked for last minute wax and she did so. Incredibly nice and great at conversations and keeping us from being bored. 5 stars for you Tamara !

Very unprofessional business. Called ahead to come in to get one (1) nail fixed. Showed up and was told it would be an hour wait to get the 1 nail fixed, and although it was a long time I agreed because I had an event I needed it done for the following day. They let me wait and then told me it would be longer than an hour and that it was too long and they couldn’t do it. It was obvious they assumed it would be a low paying job and didn’t want to prioritize it. To me, this shows they do not prioritize customers. The nail could’ve easily been fixed in between other appointments, it was a 5 minute job. I wasted over thirty minutes driving there. They should’ve been upfront from the start.

I read all the bad reviews beforehand but still decided to give it a shot. It was bad. I got a gel mani and the lady that did them was nice but she clipped my cuticles until they bled. The gel mani itself was done very sloppily, the edges weren’t painted thouroughly thus they chipped 2 days after.

I have been here many times and I always love it! Thus is the best nail salon ever. It is beautifull, sanitary and amazing. Each set of tools is opened in a secured sanitary bag and it went a long way for us. The quality of my nails after this is amazing! The staff is friendly and very easy. I would never vollenteerly go to any other nail salon.
