Went here today to get pedicures with my 2 sons. We did not have an appointment. We just walked in. The wait time was short. The 3 of us were able to sit together at the same time. They were fast and efficient and my toes look fabulous in my flip flops! Thank you for the great service. We will be back! Pedicure

The chair had a customers old Starbucks cup in the cup holder, they left me holding the basket of color selections throughout my pedicure, and they removed the seat cushion leaving my 5yo sitting on the raw seat to do her pedicure. Techs were nice and my nails look good.

After being a regular at this establishment. This place was packed this weekend for Mother’s Day. I waited for approximately 3 hours for 3 people to receive a pedicure and two full-sets and 1 fill-in. While one of the people with me received a full set quickly. The other two people had to wait another 30 minutes for 1 person to be called. While there was some confusion about who was next. We waited for someone who arrived after us to go ahead of us. I brought the fact that we were at the establishment 1st up to the business and they apologized and said that we would be next. We waited and then what happened another customer who came after us went before me. I was upset at this point because I was patiently waiting for 3 1/2 hours to receive my service. I let the business know that I was next again and they told me that I needed to wait. I said that I wouldn’t return because that was not fair. I was advised that the people had an appointment finally. I stated that communication is the key if you would have told me that the people had appointments then I wouldn’t have gotten upset. Well I was told I didn’t ask. Well that was the last straw for me. This establishment has some of the worst customer service and prefers to wait on customers that are not black. Yes I said it they put every white customer before me and my child even the child that was with me who was white. Unbelievable in this day and age you have to call a spade a spade. I won’t return but I want this business to know that I have referred lots of clients to them and I will use word of mouth to let everyone know how they treated one of their use to be loyal customers. Poor customer service! Oh yeah my hair dresser uses that same excuse when I come into town from VA to NC so I know that trick when someone wants to put you 1st because they can. Any way if you want to deal with people making up excuses why you are the last one in the establishment then go visit Simply Nail Spa in Gloucester. Otherwise, stay away it not worth your time or your money you can spend it in a place that cares about their customers.

This is a wonderful establishment! They’re front desk professional is very nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. It does get busy, but I haven’t ever had a bad experience! I show them a picture of what I want and they knock it out of the park every time! Gel manicures

This place is usually really busy, and sometimes it affects the quality of work. I stick to getting pedicures now, but my main issue is that they almost never have the color I want (happened like 5x). Also, they could definitely do better cleaning under your nails in between removing the old gel polish and applying the new one (I expect dirt or anything that could cause problems to be cleaned/removed before new gel goes on.

I love this nail salon! I felt very taken care of and my nails were beautiful when complete. Sweet employees and clean facility. This picture is taken after 2 weeks of enjoying these nails… I chose the pink and white acrylic nails option! Perfect for my wedding!

Not only did they make me wait for over an hour for a single nail fix and a small fill, but all i asked for was square neon yellow french tip and a simple design on the nail, not only did they then file my tip into a more squoval shape but then packed on the paint so now they don’t even look square and then chose to charge me an insane amount for the little things that I asked for.

They’re very busy. Making them to rush as customers come in. I got a pedicure, the young lady did a nice job. I didn’t like that no one sanitized the seats after each customer got up. They had the products to do so, but they didn’t

My wife got her nails done and were very sloppy. Color wasn’t neatly done. Lady doing her nails was in a hurry because we came in 30 minutes prior to closing. I’m sorry but if you’re in the customer service industry you don’t treat your clientele that way. Will be going elsewhere!
