Her presence is very comforting and she gives a lot of up front instruction as to how the process works at the biological level, making sure the customer is well-informed and knows how to manage aftercare. I was a first timer for this process and Mia had excellent bedside manner. Her presence is very comforting and she gives a lot of up front instruction as to how the process works at the biological level, making sure the customer is well-informed and knows how to manage aftercare. Her space is very clean and soothing and her candor never feels condescending. She’s clearly very knowledgeable about her work and is also quite fun to chat with. From the initial consultation well over a year ago to each and every appointment since, being a client at Simply Mia’s has been an absolutely wonderful experience. She is a true detail oriented professional. The salon is clean neat and very calming. She gives you 110% each and every appointment. She offers treatment advice and recommendations as well as interesting engaging conversation and the occasional movie recommendation. I am very comfortable in recommending Simply Mia’s.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhoever is running this place needs a good awakening. I had scheduled one month in advanced for me and my fiancé to be waxed. I had paid the $50 fee. We had grown it out down there. Just about a week before we were supposed to come in, we got a text asking if we were vaccinated. My fiancé was fully and I had one more shot to go, which was a few days before our scheduled waxing. She claimed that we needed to be fully vaccinated and also wait two weeks after our vaccines before we could come in. No problem there. The issue? Refunded us and told us we needed to find someone else. Didn’t even bother to ask us if we could reschedule. Claiming her clients were threatening to go somewhere else if people she was seeing wasn’t vaccinated, boo hoo. Claims it was only three people. Based on the reviews I was so excited to see her and really wanted to make it a regular thing. I’m extremely disappointed.Whoever is running this place needs a good awakening.
