Just got my eyebrows done from here and it was legitimately the worst decision ever. I told them tomorrow is my birthday so please just shape my eyebrows nicely and the lady preceded to do my eyebrows. She legit messed up my eyebrows so much to the point that they look like two different peoples eyebrows. She showed me one eyebrow and I told to fix it and she did and then it got worse. At the point I didn’t even know what to say or do. My eyebrows were already messed up. At the end the reception asked me do you want to add a tip right in front of the lady that did my eyebrows like how is that professional at all. I didn’t even want to pay for my eyebrows, let alone give a tip. Honestly never going here again, worst experience ever and thanks for ruining my eyebrows for my birthday! Rlly nice of you guys…

Got a balayage done by Maha. She’s amazing so sweet and professional!! I don’t live near Naperville so I drove about 45 minutes just to go by her and it was well worth it. I showed her what I want and she got it spot on! They have many amazing services I highly recommend. Fun and friendly environment they make you feel at home! Ask for Maha for all your hair needs

I had my hair washed and blow dried last night and when I arrived in my home and touched my hair, I realized the stiff and gungy after effect of the powder the stylist put in my hair. My hair was flat and straight. I had to wash my hair out with shampoo to get the powder and products out. I had specifically asked for voluminous waves that would stay in place for at least 2-3 days and I had gotten this in past with other stylists, at this and other salons. I did not think this was a great or unrealistic request. I was disappointed that the stylist did not listen and deliver to my requests.
