The only reason this is 2 stars is because reception is very professional and understanding and their are some professional therapists here. However their are also terrible ones. My last apt Mary made me feel so uncomfortable that I might be gifting my last massage their to someone to just not have to come back. I asked a simple request to not flip and focus on my back. She told me flat out no should couldn’t. Now first of all you do not talk to a client that way! Second she does not do deep tissue. My question is how is this the client fault she should have took that up wit her boss rather then the client. Very unprofessional and with people like her in this business it will not succeed and more business then just mine will be lost in the future if something is not talking care of and as a business owner I know how much this can truly hinder a business. Now that being said they do have wonderful therapist as well. I have had Bronson and Zack that are still with the company and they are wonderful and very professional!

The place is well decorated and feels very upscale and spa-like. The heated massage tables are soooo nice in the winter (they adjust the temperature to your preference too!). I love that you can make appointments online – so convenient. I’ve been here a few times, all with different massage therapists, and I have always had an amazing, relaxing experience. The place is well decorated and feels very upscale and spa-like. The heated massage tables are soooo nice in the winter (they adjust the temperature to your preference too!). I love that you can make appointments online – so convenient. I joined their membership program because it’s an excellent deal and now I find myself going every couple weeks instead of once or twice a year.

I have a special needs son that I am constantly lifting on and it causes lot’s of tension and pain in my upper shoulders and back. I walked in to get a massage with extremely tight muscles and knots and walked out feeling like a brand new person. I cannot tell you how amazing I feel now. I have been to so many places to get a massage and have never had one like this where it was just the right amount of pressure, knew exactly where my problem areas were and able to release every bit of tension I had. If you are looking for a massage that’s above and beyond what you’ve ever experienced before I highly recommend you see Zack you will not be disappointed I promise. I have already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back.

Very disappointed. My man and I just got a couples massage here and we left feeling exactly the same as before the massage. We didn’t say anything and just paid for it. But what a waste of money. The place where you put your face was so uncomfortable and hard. I did like the heated table at least. I really needed a massage for my back too. Anyway hopefully we can find a good spot somewhere else.

I took the time out to apply for a position at this company. Interviews come up rather rapidly, and in my super busy life (home viewings do most of my materials/equipment is packed away, Hospice massage volunteering, full massage schedule, life, etc.) the assistant manager would not agree to delay our interview by several days for me up update my resume. I didn’t think it would be that unreasonable of a request, especially for a master massage therapist with 20 years of experience. I feel sorry for the people of Rockford honestly.

Zack is absolutely incredible!! He’s not only, amazing at what he does.. but he’s so kind and courteous. I live with chronic pain, Zack is the ONLY person I trust with my neck because of surgeries, I always show up in pretty rough shape, I always leave feeling so much relief!
