Kristen was fabulous! I was very reluctant to have someone else do my color, as I had been with the same stylist for over 15 years. After about 9 mos. of asking around and trying to make a decision, my best friend suggested her. In April, when I had my hair done for the first time, I took a picture in of exactly what shade of color I wanted (red) and she knocked it out of the park! She was so nice and you could tell she really listens to what you want and will do what she can to achieve it! I was so happy with the turnout, the pricing, and the overall experience, and, well, I found my new hair stylist!! I’ve already booked my next appointment! Her new shop is so nice and I can’t wait for my next visit there!

Love Kristen and her brand new salon – Simply Flawless! She (and her staff) are the only people I will trust with my hair. I know Kristen has high standards- and I know she would only support other stylists with her same dedication to quality. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences over the years with other stylists, but I’m forever changed and won’t go to another stylist. As a matter of fact, I have another appointment today to get a refresh on my balayage for Spring. SHE IS AWESOME. 🙂
