Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am going on vacation in a few days and wanted to get my nails done for it. I am very unhappy with how my nails turned out. First I wanted a simply heart design (In photo) when I showed her the picture she said no. I honestly could have down that simple heart design at home I know because I did that exact design myself a couple weeks ago and I’m not even a professional. So I just got simple all color white. Second, the nail color literally chipped off not to mention I got it just YESTERDAY MORNING. Yes my nail is already chipping and it’s not like I am doing a lot with my hands in the past 24 hours. All I did today and yesterday was take a nap and watch tv. But the worst thing about it is I saw they the lady chip my nail and not do anything about it. Now I know she saw it because when she chipped it she muttered something under her breath and then didn’t do anything about it not try to fix it or nothing. So as I was walking out it was coming off. I am going on vacation in a few days and wanted to get my nails done for it. I am very unhappy with how my nails turned out. First I wanted a simply heart design (In photo) when I showed her the picture she said no. I honestly could have down that simple heart design at home I know because I did that exact design myself a couple weeks ago and I’m not even a professional. So I just got simple all color white. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value(Writing this review on behalf of my mom who does not use the Internet) Cathy has cut my mothers hair a few times now & she leaves there feeling so happy and good about herself. My mom doesn’t do a whole lot to treat herself so it makes me very happy to hear how happy she is. The salon is very clean & Cathy is very genuine and kind. The haircuts are very reasonably priced as well. Cathy- if you’re reading this, my mothers name is Cynthia. My mom doesn’t do a whole lot to treat herself so it makes me very happy to hear how happy she is. The salon is very clean & Cathy is very genuine and kind. This place is professional, all the hair dressers n mani n pedi ladies are so fun to be around. They make you feel so welcomed and we have fun. I’d suggest any ladies that need that girls day to talk, laugh while making yourself feel refreshed, this is the place to go plus the ladies are excellent at what they do. 5 stars al day, every day. These ladies will work with you and most likely get you in for an appt sooner then most Salon’s can. If you go based off my rating, It would mean a lot to say you seen here. My nail tech Karol who has become a good friend of mine, has been doing my nails for months now and I have been extremely satisfied with every outcome. This place is professional, all the hair dressers n mani n pedi ladies are so fun to be around. They make you feel so welcomed and we have fun.
