Tara cuts hair very well. She allows you to pick a style but she will also give you feedback on how the cut or style will fit your face. This is important cause so many times we pick styles and it doesnt look the same on you. She is also very professional, friendly and the girl can cut some damn hair like no other.

The lady changed my price without telling me. She waited until I gave her my money to make change, to let me know the price went up. She had to add more hair. Instead of asking me while I was sitting in the chair, if it was even ok. The lady who did my hair, thought it was funny and so did the owner. If I didn’t give her my $100 bill to make change, she wouldn’t have got that from me. I never went back

Customer service is terrible and nasty attitude. Call 3 times to get an appointment ( twice before Easter and 2 weeks after), didn’t got a call back. When I called the 3rd time was given time when they are available not the option of my time. When I waited more than an 1/2 hour Tara got annoyed at me and told me to leave because I am impatient. I left my coat in the store and the locked the door behind me. I was shaken up with the disrespect and service I received. I could have made an appointment for some where else. Also I felt that I was invisible because I am not one of the regular customer. My third time going to this salon.
