Went there to have my hair styled and dyed for prom. The woman didn’t know what she was doing and dyed my hair a reddish blond mix, messed up so badly I had to have it dyed a darker color. She got the darker color dye all over the side of my face, had to wipe off all my prom makeup that took two hours to complete. I was sobbing and crying and the owner never came to speak with me instead the woman doing my hair kept laughing and giggling at me. After she re-dyed my hair she smiled at me and kept saying “bye” while I was trying to order an Uber didn’t even style my hair the way I asked or showed her. Then kicked me out in the rain. Long story short I had to go to prom with no makeup on and my hair a mess. The entire underneath is now green and my hair has red streaks going through it. She was also supposed to do my nails and never did that. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Not once was I even apologized to. Costumer service is awful and now my hair is badly damaged. Absolutely ruined my prom night and wasn’t compensated for it in the slightest.

Awesome service from all girls!!! They are very polite and friendly. Emy and Danubia were simply AMAZING! Highly recommend. I’m very very satisfied. I did a major change from super long black hair to short with highlights.

Purchased a groupon…called multiple times to schedule…no answer (not even a voicemail box that indicates the name of the business). No website for this business. Had to get my money back from Groupon. Do not buy a groupon for this “salon”.
