She is the best! I’ve been getting waxed for 7 years and I can hands down say that she is the BEST. It’s quick, you are in and out but the results don’t look rushed. The wax she uses is awesome. I get a Brazilians and today she did my arm pits as well! Do you really need me to say anything else! Go book an appointment already, Simply Cedy is well worth it!

Haven’t been back since my last appointment and the horrible experience I had. I routinely got waxed with Mercedes for months and at first it was very friendly. Right before my last appointment I had I called her to ask if she accepted Apple Pay, Venmo or Cash. I had lost my credit card the night before but would still be able to make it to my appointment. She said cash was fine and at the end of my appointment I handed her $200. She was annoyed and told me that she, “didn’t have any change.” I was so uncomfortable. I told her that I had asked and I immediately offered to go get change or pay her a different way (Venmo, Zelle, anything.) She pulled out a bag and she had so much change, it was almost embarrassing that she had just lied to my face and made me feel so uncomfortable. Haven’t been back since and will likely never be back or recommend her to others.

This was my first time at this location and it was a great experience! Not being able to wax on a monthly basis these past few months, I was a mess! However, she was so quick and efficient and it was wayyyyy less painful then I thought it would’ve been. If only I wasn’t moving, I would def continue going to her. Highly recommended:)
