Critical: ProfessionalismI Was a first time customer..I walked towards the entrance and I believe she was the owner, didn’t greet me, nor say good morning to me. So I brushed it off, I had Kourtney and she was the same way..I HAD TO SAY GOOD MORNING.. had asked her how she was and she gave me no eye contact whatsoever the whole time. she never asked me nor spoke to me the entire time..and left me hanging under the dryer , not to even see once if my hair was OK or burning my head!! Hated the way my hair came out,, definitely not the same as the picture at ALL.. I Was a first time customer..I walked towards the entrance and I believe she was the owner, didn’t greet me, nor say good morning to me. So I brushed it off, I had Kourtney and she was the same way..I HAD TO SAY GOOD MORNING.. had asked her how she was and she gave me no eye contact whatsoever the whole time. she never asked me nor spoke to me the entire time..and left me hanging under the dryer , not to even see once if my hair was OK or burning my head!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueALL of these stylists TRULY know what they are doing!!!! My daughter went to a super expensive salon in Newnan, and her hair coloring experience was truly horrendous! She Is known for her even keeled nature and is not difficult to please And she was in tears. I had called at 5 PM on a Friday and explained that she was flying out on a trip the next day. Not only did Kourtney stay late, but she had not only fixed the former atrocious color job, but it was the best I had ever seen her hair color. I had also inquired about all three hairstylist color, which was gorgeous by the way, and they color one another’s hair. My best friend is a hairdresser who lives out of town, and I have gone to nearly every expensive stylist in town (LaGrange) as well as in Peachtree city, and these ladies are top notch. I would highly recommend them and if they ever need a reference they have my contact information and can give it out to ensure this is a real review. My name is Stephani and my daughters name is Syd. They are HIGHLY competent and I would recommend their services to anyone. ALL of these stylists TRULY know what they are doing!!!! My daughter went to a super expensive salon in Newnan, and her hair coloring experience was truly horrendous! She Is known for her even keeled nature and is not difficult to please And she was in tears. I had called at 5 PM on a Friday and explained that she was flying out on a trip the next day.
