Once I get into her cushy chair and she can see “that look” on my face; you know… “that look of last-minute panic” she right away puts my mind at ease. She will stop to take the time to examine my face close up and with her expertise in her field she is able to tell me if she thinks my face really needs what I booked. Kristen truly cares about her patients and she understands that my appointments need to work within a budget. During my procedures she makes sure that any discomfort is minimal and she has no problem stopping for a minute if you need to sneeze when the micro-needling goes over your forehead.

Highly highly highly recommend going to Simply Bella! Not only did the whole staff make me comfortable and check in to see how I was doing but the work they do is amazing!! I have never felt so empowered and confident in my life! The salon itself is beautiful and clean, the staff is amazing from first contact to checking out and the services are impeccable! I had lip filler, juvederm treatment and also a peel around my jaw line. My lips are exactly what I envisioned, my wrinkles are gone and the peel helped my cystic acne. Also loved how Kristen gave me her suggestions and there was absolutely no pressure on anything!
