Been going to Bolingbrook location from years but after today’s visit I will never be returning back. They hired couple new people and all the old employees are gone. And the new employee is rude, disrespectful and gave me bunch of cuts on my upper lip, and this is not the first time she did it, I went back to see that she might do a better job this time but no this is the third time it happened ,I’m sensitive on my upper lip area but I had people in past who thread my upper lip numerous times and never gave a single cut. I would understand if it was just one little cut but I came back home with 4 cuts on my upper lip, I would not recommend this spot with this new employee of there’s at all. And she do not have the decency to greet or try n have a good conversation with the customer, she was on to butchering my face while using in such a hurry so she can get to next customer.

You have to be careful here. Several customers show up and wait. The older woman picks & chooses her favorite returning customers & allows them priority in line. She always uses the excuse “this person signed in or was here earlier “ however, there is NOT a visible sign in sheet that shows the person arrived earlier. All customers should be a priority. Not acceptable. I have been here there times and have watched this happen. Not only to me but others. Other than that, the service (eyebrow/lashes) were done as desired. Get better on your customer service. People are not naïve. Just like I see it, so does others.

I have been coming to Simply Beauty for some time now. I will always come back due to the great services that are provided. I get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here at least once a month! I go to Bolingbrook from Glendale Heights because they are that good!!! And you can’t beat their great prices. I found a goldmine.
