I cannot say enough good things about Simply Beauty! Michaela is the best, and I’ve been going to her for a few years. She is professional, funny, and a master of her craft! Critical: Quality, ValueI wasn’t pleased with my first set of lashes from Simply Beauty. They looked more like stick on lashes than lash extensions and the glue was very visible and clumpy. She glued clumps of eyelashes together to one of my eye lashes and they looked like I bought them on Amazon. When I tried to remove the glue chunks, huge chunks of fake eyelashes came off. I wasn’t pleased with my first set of lashes from Simply Beauty. They looked more like stick on lashes than lash extensions and the glue was very visible and clumpy. She glued clumps of eyelashes together to one of my eye lashes and they looked like I bought them on Amazon. When I tried to remove the glue chunks, huge chunks of fake eyelashes came off. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySally is “simply” the best! I’ve been serviced by two other lash techs and LeAnn (I believe that’s her name) is also great. Sally’s attention to detail is impeccable, she takes her time and is very professional.Mikaela actually did a rushed/poor job (done in under 15 minutes) and my lashes were beyond tender. To be transparent, there was lots of back-and-forth regarding my appointment and so I arrived exactly 12 minutes late. I also lost several lashes because there were chunks of lashes placed together; not sure if it was the glue or what but there were large black chunks of eyelashes that fell out multiple times (I was able to save one of the chunks and included a photo).On another note, I’d like to add that there was gossiping about another client, however Mikaela’s response was very professional and she chose NOT to engage. I truly appreciate that!With all that I experienced, thanks to Sally, I am still able to rate this establishment 5 stars!Sally is “simply” the best!
