They listen to what you have to say as far as how you’d like them to be shaped, thin/thickness, arched, and if your unsure they will completely shape them for you to your bone and face structure perfectly (That is what I had done as I didn’t know the first thing about how to shape or groom my eyebrows and I was blown away at how amazing they looked when they handed me the mirror upon completion.)
