I wish I could give her no stars. She combined more than 7 of my sister locks without my knowledge. My base was fine and nothing needed do be joined. She does a horrible job with re-tightenings. She doesn’t keep your grid clean. She does the re-tightening on dry hair and that’s the worst because it hurts. I went back to Texas to get my re-tightened done by my consult and I had to be in that chair from 9am till 4pm. All because they were correcting my grid. She does a horrible job. When she washes my hair…she just rinses….i can still feel the shampoo in my hair. I don’t know if she got tired of how many locks I have but I only had 435 locks. She combined more than 7…so thats 14 locks that I was not aware of. If she wanted to combined my locks I would decline that offer. IT IS MY HAIR. IM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE WITH MY HARD EARN MONEY. When she re-tightens your locks it doesn’t look its been done. All your locks will look like they would need at least two more rotation. Just run because she just wants your money. When she “cut” my hair…it was so uneven I went back home and evened it out myself. She’s a sisterlocks “consultant” but really she needs her license taken away.

The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. The color scheme is wonderful. It looks Totally different from the pics shown here. All the ladies were friendly and I am pleased with my hair. Erin was my service provided.The only downside for me was the address was a bit hard to find.
