Iv’e regularly come here to have Darby do my hair for over 4 years. No complaints here. I’ve always left happy and enjoy my time spent here. Some salons can make you feel uncomfortable and awkward, but I’ve never felt like that at Simplicity. Keep up the good work Ladies!

RUN, DON’T WALK away from this place. My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas for here. When I decided to use it I noticed it was expired by one month(the expiration date was only 6 months from purchase). I called the spa and spoke to Raina. She was reluctant to honor the certificate at all. She told me I could use it but it needed to be that week and in one visit. I told her the services that I wanted to use it on and she said she would get back with me when she checked their schedules. I called her back after not hearing from her. She said they were both too busy for new clients and I could get my hair cut ( I am assuming by her) or come in and use it on merchandise. She had my money and didn’t want to pay anyone for me to get any services. I know that gift cards legally can not expire for 5 years from the issue date. I asked around and many others in the same business put an expiration date on certificates so people won’t hang on to it for a long time, but will still honor it. This certificate didn’t even have a year on it. I will definitely never be back.

The establishment is so clean and the atmosphere is so pleasant. The ladies are very professional and treated me with kindness. I recomend this place to anyone who loves to be pampered and treated like a Queen or for me a King. Amanda will always be my stylist since day one. Thanks you all for what yall do.

I’m not sure what the problem was yesterday, but I had booked an appointment with Anna, mind you, this is my first time ever going to this salon, but as soon as i sat a foot inside this place the environment felt very uninviting. I stayed because I was there to see, Anna, she’s great! Amanda, who works there mistreated my one and two year old baby’s and I. First, She closed the front door on my one year old’s hand and angrily snapped her fingers yelling at my two year old son to get up off the “floor.” Usually, I’m okay with my kids playing because they’re not hurting anyone and they weren’t messing with any salon property. I’m not sure what was the problem with this woman but i just wanted to let everyone else know, what to expect of this woman. I probably won’t be going back here, I’ll just have to schedule with Anna, sometime when she’s not at this salon.

I went to Stephanie Svehlak for high and low lights. I have blonde hair and requested my low lights to be a dark blonde and then my high lights to be a very blonde. I came out with dark hair. Even the hair stylist next to Stephanie commented hair pretty the mocha color was. I did not want mocha!!!! Not only was the color wrong, but she didn’t go all the way to my roots on the back of my head, so now I have dark roots showing. Plus however she foiled my hair left lines all over.. All I was told to do to fix this was to wash it!!! She didn’t even offer to fix her mistake!!!
