Critical: QualityI am a new resident in Venice and was looking for a good hair stylist. Was recommended to Simplicity and regret ever going there. I went for a color and hair cut and the pic below shows what I left with after a second attempt/visit. The cut was supposed to be an A-line cut with dark tones underneath??? I don’t know what style I left with but the the other picture shows what it was supposed to look like. The second visit I paid $115.00 + tip (not including the first visit for 40.00 + dollars) and then I had to pay someone else to fix it. My husband was also seeing the same stylist we will not be returning. I am a new resident in Venice and was looking for a good hair stylist. Was recommended to Simplicity and regret ever going there. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to Simplicity for over a year now. They are quite expensive and I have dropped a lot of money there over the past year. I will admit I have been late for a few appointments but with good reason. Either I was coming from Physical Therapy with my sister or the pharmacy a long the way.Well today we walked in and the manager who is not a nice person to begin with. Started screaming at me and told us to leave or she would call the police. The one stylist snipped my sisters ear and joked that she’d only charge her half! The first stylist who used to cut my hair left so I was given the previous owner who didn’t do such a good job. The massage therapist was good as were the nail people who worked with us. The point of this review is if they would treat someone who. Left as much money as we did. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love this Salon and Day Spa! Have gone for many many years. The staff is always so very friendly and welcoming, Becky, the owner always cuts and colors my hair , even when I am not sure what I am wanting to do she offers her ideas and I trust her so we just go with it ! I absolutely love this Salon and Day Spa! Have gone for many many years. The staff is always so very friendly and welcoming, Becky, the owner always cuts and colors my hair , even when I am not sure what I am wanting to do she offers her ideas and I trust her so we just go with it !
