I paid more then $50. I was not upset it would be a process i was aware it wouldnt be able to be done in one or even two appointments upset because i made it clear i didnt mind what needed to be done but main thing was root coverage. Then when contacted u acted like it was my fault then told me u would charge me an additional $75-$80 to fix it. The service and atmosphere was great. I just was not satisfied with the outcome and the response i got back from u when i brought it to ur attention. I paid aprox 170 dollars and the only difference i seen in my hair was the cut, so i brought it to ur attention to get it corrected and all i got back was what i felt like was an attitude and defensive. Made me feel uncomfortable to even consider even coming back to u. So i felt customer service was great.
