Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair done yesterday from Amber. It started off bad and I should have run when I had the chance. When I got there yesterday it stated on the signs that nobody else other than the person getting their hair done could be in the salon. Which was fine so I found daycare for my four-year-old daughter that I had with me. One of the ladies said that I could bring her in so I canceled my sitter. Then Amber comes out and said absolutely not my daughter has to leave Which was fine but the way that she came across was extremely rude. This is when I should’ve left. My hair color was great other then she painted all of my forehead and back of my neck which I still have color all over my forehead and the back of my neck which will have to wear off. I then start getting my haircut and I showed her the picture that I wanted several times and she stated to me that she could totally do it. Well I had to stop her when she was blow drying it because it was completely uneven and it looked terrible. My hair is completely uneven it is very thin in the front and extremely thick in the back. I don’t even know how I will be able to get it fixed so when I wear my hair Down it won’t look so bad. I did pay her for the color even though she said I didn’t need to but I’ve always pay for my service. Now I’m gonna have to spend more money on trying to find somebody that can fix my hair. The moral of the story is if you don’t know how to do something say it and stop ruining peoples hair. I got my hair done yesterday from Amber. It started off bad and I should have run when I had the chance. When I got there yesterday it stated on the signs that nobody else other than the person getting their hair done could be in the salon.
