I had the very best experience at Simplexity! I’m new to the area, so finding a place to continue getting my regular botox wasn’t easy. Many med spas have estheticians doing injections. While I’m sure they do nice work, I just prefer to have my injections done by an MD. That’s one reason why I was so happy to find Simplexity. Dr. Karen Phillips (who’s background is in general surgery) owns the practice and does the treatments, so I knew I was in good hands. Her demeanor is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the office is a relaxing little oasis. At checkout, she gave me a Black Friday special discount I didn’t even know about. So it was clear her philosophy is to build relationships with clients, not to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. That might seem like a subtle nuance to some people, but in a industry that’s almost entirely made up of elective procedures, I know she’s never going to “upsell” me on something that I don’t need. So, that’s the long way of saying that I love Simplexity and am glad I am a patient of Dr. Phillip’s.

I rarely post anything because I often find social media can be misleading and very bias but I wanted to give this place my heartfelt approval! I visited this establishment last year before a very important trip I was taking and wanted to look my best. I was very self conscience about some white spots on my face; hypo-pigmentation I believe it’s called. I was told by another dermatologist that really nothing could be done .

This lady is very unprofessional! Save your money and time. She put some filler and botox under my eye area and it looks horrible. I’ve tried reaching out to her via text and phone and she has yet to respond. It’s going to cost double the money to fix her mistakes. She claims she was a surgeon but, I have yet to find her credentials anywhere. Don’t make the same mistake i did by trusting Dr. Karen Phillips!!
