A local gem. Lauren has very good technique. I received a 60 min massage. Lauren is very talented and the time and attention she gives to the patient both for physical and mental well being is outstanding. She is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. She is very professional and was able to effectively relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. I LOVE working with Lauren. She is very kind and professional, and obviously cares about what YOU want out of your session, which is HUGE. Lauren can do deeper tissue work, as well as float through a relaxation massage, and she’s always coming up with ways to enhance the experience like hot stones or parafin wax.
