If I could give 0 stars, I would. I asked for white hair with silver highlights (first picture), and I got yellow-blonde hair with streaks and patches of blue (second and third pictures). I paid $85, immediately cried, went to Sally Beauty, and bought hair color. I called my friend, she dyed it, and now I can go to school because I was not leaving my house until it was changed.
