Called them today at 11:35 and asked them if they were open. The barber that answered the phone said as long as I could make it before “the door locks at 12” I could get a haircut. I arrived at the shop at 11:47 and walked up to the door and the owner I’m assuming popped out said “we’re closing” I said what I was told over the phone and the owner went on to say that “I must’ve misunderstood him” when I was very clearly told they were closing at 12. I get it there was 15 minutes before closing , but when a business gives you their word you expect it to be good. Oh well, there are plenty of barbers in the area and I’ll take my business elsewhere. * Props to the barber that walked out and offered his Instagram to me though and offered house call services. That’s good customer service and maybe you should look up to your fellow barber in the future.
