The best way to describe the visit was cold. From the moment that I walked in, the reception was cold. The person working at the front desk was cold and not welcoming at all. Not a smile or as much as looking up from the computer monitor. I was moved into the spa waiting room. I never received the name of person doing my massage. The room was cold, the massage table freezing. It was hard to relax. Once I turned over to my back, I finally felt what may have been a heated blanket but it might have been broken because it was in 1 spot on the entire table. Because it was so cold, it was hard to relax. I just spent $150 on a relaxation massage that was not relaxing at all. I received the same cold exit from the receptionist. Just a bad experience. When I recalled it to my spouse, I told him it was a waste of money and that I would keep going back to the massage therapist at my chiropractors office.

Stylists are friendly and fun to talk to, but I had a very bad experience getting a manicure. The technician filed my nails so hard that I had broken skin in multiple places and made me feel self-conscious of my hands for days. I contacted Simonson’s and was only offered a 50% refund (and my card was credited for less than 50%…), so I still ended up paying an egregious $50 for this. Very disappointing, will not be back.
