Always a great experience. I love the facials, and body massages as a treat once or twice a year but I have my hair done regularly by Josephine throughout the year. All the stylists are highly qualified, professional, and take a great interest in the desires of their patrons. Each one is an excellent stylist. I highly recommend Simonson’s.

The stylist Yang was very nice and professional. She accomplished what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! She was friendly and answered my questions. Yang even gave me suggestions on how to maintain my hair color vivid. I will definitely come back to Simonson’s! I will definitely continue to work with Yang Vue as my personal stylist!

Pam is extremely efficient and yet the results always exceed my expectations. The first time I was in her chair, total strangers as I had recently moved and was checking out the salon, she took me from roughly toned bright blonde to a beautiful autumn red! First time I went red.

CHECK your credit card statements!!!!!! My daughter and I went for a facial last weekend and it has been a nightmare since. The facials was wonderful but trying to pay was horrible. The two workers were very nice but they were having computer issues (we were told for multiple days in a row). I was charged for both facials and my daughter was charged for 2 different amounts ($202 and $176) neither one was the correct amount that I had already paid. The manager Kennedy does not seem to be in a hurry to correct the situation. We have had to call the credit card company to dispute the charges.

Kim Crane is the best nail tech. Not only are my nails always perfect, she’s also professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to be around. Not to mention reliable. No last minute cancelations. Always plans ahead when she’s going to be on vacation. Definite 11 out of 10. ☺️

I stopped in at this location Friday, November 4th, to purchase a gift card for my wife for our anniversary. I walked in and there were two ladies at the front desk. I was “greeted” by Kaylie or Kylie (I’m sorry, not sure exact spelling). I put greeted in quotes because although she did say hello, neither of the two at the front smiled and the other one didn’t say a word.
