Since 2011, we have been providing professional, therapeutic massage for pain management, sports performance, and stress reduction, to the residents of Erie County. We do this by listening to our clients and working together with them, to create the best massage therapy and bodywork treatment plan for them. Available modalities include cupping therapy, heated basalt stones, trigger point massage, relaxation, deep tissue work, sports massage, myofascial structural integration, and active isolated stretching.
