Very clean and comfortable. The employees are super friendly. I have been getting my hair colored ,highlighted and cut by Karen for years. She knows exactly what I want and when she’s not there I go to Sandy. That is definately my place to go.

Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. As I got my hair done, I noticed the owner hugging her clients good bye and knowing them by name. Each returning customer that comes in the door is greeted by name, and asked how the family is doing. This was only my second time here and she remembered my name and asked about our last conversation. Just wanted to give a positive feedback because excellent service like this deserves someone to go out of their way to leave a good feedback versus, only taking action when things are bad. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had an appointment with the owner Simone my roots touched up and a trim. She did my roots ok. I asked for my layers to be trimmed, she asked me about this short and I said yes. Then actually took a razor and thinned my hair out. I wear glasses and wasn’t sure that’s what she was doing but when I got home I realized she thinned my hair out so much I just cried. I went to a beauty supply shop the next day and had to buy Hair extensions to fill my hair in. I look like an old lady with thin hair now. I would never recommend anyone go there if they don’t want to look like they are 60 years old. I feel like she intentionally did that to me to make me look as old as her.

I recommend haircuts by Art Chan. Although all of the hairstylists at this location seem to be really good. Art is around Wed – Fri 10am-5pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
