Not normally one to write reviews but felt like I had something review worthy! I made a same day appointment at the last second for a quick trim- when I get to the salon, I realize I left my wallet at work. Kendra, who was scheduled to do my trim, allowed me to leave to get my wallet and come back and was still able to cut my hair! Super friendly place & AMAZING customer service. Definitely the place to go!

Critical: ProfessionalismI called two days before my appointment to make sure they had the time I wanted available. I was excited to find a $12 haircut. They seemed nice in the phone but when I walked in I’ve never received such terrible service. I stood at the desk for 2 mins when I first walked in, then sat down since I was early. There were four ladies sitting in chairs talking and one lady cutting hair then on her phone. 5 mins after my scheduled appointment I stood up at the desk and looked over at the ladies and 5 mins later no acknowledgement. So I walked out since no employee helped me for 15 mins.I called two days before my appointment to make sure they had the time I wanted available. I was excited to find a $12 haircut. I called two days before my appointment to make sure they had the time I wanted available. I was excited to find a $12 haircut. They seemed nice in the phone but when I walked in I’ve never received such terrible service. I stood at the desk for 2 mins when I first walked in, then sat down since I was early. Madison did an amazing job on mine and my 2 daughter’s haircuts. She was very patient with my 22 month old and it was her first haircut. I had an appointment and she squeezed my babies in Thank you so much for your time and patience.

I literally called because this business double charged my bank account 139.00. He kept speaking over me and saying the charges were correct until I told him the amount on my bank statement on my April charges. He then further states he doesn’t have the authorization to fix the issue. He then states the GM is out of the office until Monday and it will be fixed by that time. My issue with this is the customer service there was no apology just an attitude and arrogance from him. I’m surprised the owners aren’t able to be contacted to fix the issue. I tell him I’ll be calling back Monday when the gm is back and he said that’s not what he said…. that’s exactly what he said. I literally called because this business double charged my bank account 139.00. He kept speaking over me and saying the charges were correct until I told him the amount on my bank statement on my April charges. I get my hair colored and eyebrows waxed every seven to eight weeks by Cheryl .She has been doing my hair for about 20 years she does a wonderful job. Cheryl is friendly, polite, she listens to what her clients want done to their hair and has excellent customer service skills .They have reasonable prices.

The facilities are very nice and clean. The manager Brandon is very nice and courteous as are most of the other employees. Love the smoothy bar. I wish they were opened later on Saturdays though. I like to tan for relaxation and pain relief. The employees don’t like it if you come in after 4:30pm on Saturday. One of the Saturday afternoon employees can be quite rude. I have to drive 25 minutes to get there so it is disappointing when you walk in on a Saturday only to be turned away after 4:30. Most of the tanning beds are scratched up. This same employee doesn’t like to open all of the beds on Saturday. If you ask for a bed that’s not damaged she will argue with you, even though you clean your own beds. Don’t feel like you get your money’s worth when you basically can’t use the whole facility on the weekends and are treated rudely by one of the employees.

Went to the salon to get my eyebrows done, I explained exactly how I wanted them and showed a picture of how they look when they’re done. The outcome was the exact opposite and i was quite dissatisfied given the fact that I had a huge performance the upcoming week, but the lady was nice so I appreciated her customer service!

High staff turnover. I’ve stopped trying to remember their names because when I come back every 6-8 weeks for a haircut there’s all new people there. One girl charged me $10 to “tone” my hair, which as I discovered was just to wash my hair with the same purple shampoo I’d already been using at home. She was going to charge me $20 but I guess she thought that was too ballsy since the entire 10 oz bottle cost that at Ulta Beauty. They also have this pink/purple wax for waxing that is very greasy. It reminded me of getting waxed with melted bubblegum. I normally do my own eyebrows but every now and then like to have someone else clean them up. The last time I went the available stylist didn’t do near my temples where stray hairs pop up and she didnt do between the brows. I had to clean it up myself when I got home. I still go there though. Who can afford a $65 haircut elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for.

Just stopped here to get a hair cut, the sign says open and walk ins welcome. They close at 3pm and we arrived at 2:15. They girl let’s us sit there for 10 minutes and then tells me if we do not have an appointment we will need to come back another day. They obviously just did not want to take anymore customers or make a little more money before they close. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone.
