Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wanted my hair done before Christmas. I had an appointment with Lana December 24th. I booked through her booking website in November. She rescheduled my appointment to a completely different day and time( December 23rd) without consenting with me or even informing me to the proper degree 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment all because she didn’t want to work on Christmas Eve. If she wasn’t available on that day then it should not have been available on the website for me to book. We exchanged text messages and I agreed that I would come in on the day and time she rescheduled me since I really wanted my hair done. She then proceeded to text me the day of my scheduled appointment(the 23rd) telling me she can’t do my hair but can do it the next day, on the 24th instead. I said okay and asked her what time. She never responded to me but proceeded to post on social media of her doing other people’s hair. Over 24 hours went by, still no response and it was the 24th, the day I was supposed to be getting my hair done. So I told her I will ask for a refund of my deposit on Zelle and that she didn’t have to worry about doing my hair anymore. She then text me and said since I cancelled I can’t get my refund. Very unprofessional to ignore your clients, lie to them, steal from them, and then go on social media talking about them. I have the screenshots of everything.
